Our strategy is anchored in our steadfast commitment to our Core Partners. These organizations work every day to protect fundamental rights, address inequities and injustice, and ensure that every person can participate meaningfully in our democracy. In addition to responding to immediate challenges, these organizations work affirmatively to make our laws and systems more just in the long term. We provide multi-year general operating support to allow them to focus on their mission and plan for the future.
In addition to Core Partner support, we allocate a significant portion of our budget to meet urgent needs. Our short-term responsive grants support organizations focused on areas of crisis or issues with traction. This funding shifts and evolves each year with the needs of the field.
